Qualifying Examinations

Qualifying examinations for the purpose of admission to the first year of undergraduate courses offered by the University shall be Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the Central Board of Secondary Education or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto. Candidate seeking admission to the courses offered by the University should have passed the qualifying examination obtaining minimum marks as specified for each of the courses in subsequent sections.

Admission

Candidates from all categories interested in seeking admission in undergraduate courses in Delhi University are required to fill up the pre-admission form available online at University of Delhi portal. This is mandatory for all candidates. Kindly refer to University Website (http://du.ac.in) for pre- admission guidelines. The college announces the cut-off as per university admission schedule. Students qualifying for this cut off can seek admission in the respective courses after online submission of necessary documents and fees.

No individual intimation will be given to any candidate.

The eligibility of candidates for admission will be decided based on cut-off percentage declared by college and eligibility criteria specified by university. The eligible candidates must complete online admission formalities within notified dates.

Candidates selected for admission will be required to:

  • Fill and submit the college admission Form
  • Fill and submit the University Enrolment Form
  • Fill and submit Identity Card Form
  • Fill and submit Student Information Form
  • Submit the documents as specified in checklist.

Admission to college is provisional and is subject to the final approval of the University on submission of University Enrolment form by the Student.

Students admitted to the college will be bound by the admission rules and regulations of the college and the University of Delhi.
