UG Admissions 2021-22

Dear Candidate,

Congratulations! on your admission to the First Year of the Undergraduate Program 2021-22.

We, at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi, welcome you to the family. Guided by our motto "Behold All Human Race as One", we aim at promoting excellence in education, co-curricular activities and sports for nurturing our student's mind and encourage them to shape their purposeful pursuits.

Kindly note, it is mandatory to fill the college admission form. The following uploads would be required in order to complete and submit the form. Keep them ready before proceeding to ‘BEGIN APPLICATION’.

  1. Candidate Photo, max size 250kb, .jpg/.jpeg/.png format
  2. Candidate Signature, max size 250kb, .jpg/.jpeg/.png format
  3. Candidate ID cum Address Proof (Self Attested)
    Any one of the following documents: Aadhaar Card / Voter’s Identity Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License) max size 500kb, .jpg/.jpeg/.png/.pdf formats
  4. Parent/Guardians ID Proof (Self Attested)
    Any one of the following documents: Aadhaar Card / Voter’s Identity Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License) max size 500kb, .jpg/.jpeg/.png/.pdf format
  5. Admission Fee Slip from University portal,, max size 250kb, .jpg/.jpeg/.png format
  6. 10th Mark Sheet, max size 500kb, .jpg/.jpeg/.png/.pdf formats
  7. 12th Mark Sheet, max size 500kb, .jpg/.jpeg/.png/.pdf formats
  8. Date of Birth Proof (Self Attested & different from Address proof of the candidate)

Along with the above, the following undertakings and affidavits need to be uploaded after self-attestation respectively by the student candidate and his or her parent/guardians.

For candidates admitted under category OTHER than ‘Unreserved’ need to submit the following document with respect to their category of admission:

16. PwD Certificate (For candidates admitted under PwD Category only)
17. Kashmiri Migrant (KM) Certificate (For candidates admitted under KM Category only)
18. Armed Forces (CW) Certificate (For candidates admitted under CW Category only)
19. PM Scholarship Certificate (For candidates admitted under PM Scholarship Category only)
20. Certificate of Competent Authority (For candidates admitted under Ward Quota Category only)
21. FSR Approval (For candidates admitted under Foreign Student Category only)
22. DSGMC Certificate (For candidates admitted under Sikh Minority Category including ECA-Divinity)

**The undertaking shall be given on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-.

General Instructions:

  1. All affidavits and undertakings have to be printed on a plain paper (except Sports undertaking). The same should be filled by hand and uploaded. There is no need to print these undertakings/affidavits on stamp paper (except Sports undertaking).
  2. In Declaration by Father/Guardian: Mention the Annual course fee only.
  3. Preference for Generic papers is only for the first semester of Under-graduate course.
  4. In the respective Anti Ragging Undertakings by Student and Parent, mention University Form Number (against admission / registration / enrolment number) along with the Full Name of the student candidate. The university form number is an 8-digit number: 21xxxxxx
  5. In the Affidavit for Sikh Minority: Any family member or relative can be witness. Two witnesses must be provided.
