National Service Scheme (NSS), SGGSCC

The National Service Scheme (NSS) at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce is one of the most vibrant and impactful societies of the college. Rooted in the motto “Not Me But You”, the society works to instil the spirit of social responsibility, empathy and community service among students.

Our volunteers actively engage in diverse activities throughout the year including blood donation camps, plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns, awareness rallies and sessions on pressing social issues such as health, gender equality, environment and education. NSS also collaborates with NGOs and welfare organizations to extend its reach beyond the campus and contribute meaningfully to society.

The society not only provides a platform for students to give back to the community but also nurtures qualities of leadership, teamwork and humility. By combining academics with social responsibility, NSS helps students become socially conscious citizens who contribute positively to nation-building.
