Clearance Notice for Second Semester Students |
Please find appended list of students who do not meet the stipulated requirement of 67 percent attendance for eligibility for appearing in Final Semester Examinations.
The students with less than 50 percent attendance are being given Conditional Clearance and being allowed to sit for Semester II Exams. However, the progression to Semester III is conditional on their appearance along with their parents before the IA Committee/Principal and the subsequent outcome of the meeting. This meeting will take place before the beginning of the IIIrd Semester.
The students with between 66 and 50 percent attendance are to fill and submit an Undertaking committing that they will cover their shortfall in the mandatory requirement of attendance in the subsequent semester. The Undertaking will be provided to them at the time of their first exam.

Core Paper BCH 4.3: Assignment based on Practical Syllabus of Computer Applications in Business
1. Students are required to login to their respective Google Classroom of Computer Applications in Business through their official/college email id
2. Students are required to login at 10:45 am on 17th May 2021 to carefully mark their attendance by filling Google Attendance Form 3. Assignment will be given at 11 am on 17th May 2021 and submissions will be accepted till 3 pm. 4. Duration of Assignment: Total 4 Hours (3 Hours for attempting questions +1 Hour for Downloading and uploading the assignment). 5. Students are required to solve the questions using dedicated software 6. Students not having Access software may attempt an optional question of Access (Given in assignment as an internal choice). Only with regard to this optional question, students are required submit handwritten scanned pdf named as QE followed by your Examination Roll number. Also, do write your Name, Examination Roll number, Your Course, Your Semester and Subject Name on every page. 7. Make a main folder on desktop and rename it by your Examination Roll number ( Complete 11 Digits Number) 8. Save all files/ sub folder in this main folder. 11. Name all files by their respective Question number followed by your examination roll number. For eg: File/ sub folder of First question should be named as QA12345678911. Similarly, file of fourth question will be named as QD12345678911.
9. After saving all files/ sub folders in your main folder, Compress the main folder 10. Upload this compressed folder / zip folder/ rar folder on the link provided on Google Classroom 11.After uploading the compressed folder, Do not forget to click on Handed in/ Turn in. 12.In case of any issue with regard to the said assignment Contact your respective teacher.

SEC Paper BCH 4.5(e): Assignment based on Practical Syllabus of E-Filing of Returns
1. Students are required to login Google Classroom of e-Filing of Returns through their official/college email id
2. Students are required to login at 10:45 am on 13th May 2021 to carefully mark their attendance by filling Google Attendance Form.Students are also advised to keep their stationary ready to save time during the said assignment 3. Assignment will be given at 11 am on 13th May 2021 and submissions will be accepted till 3 pm. 4. Duration of Assignment: Total 4 Hours (3 Hours for attempting questions +1 Hour for Downloading, taking picture and scanning working notes and making pdf, if any and uploading the assignment). 5. There would be two questions. Both questions are mandatory. 6. Each question carries 25 Marks. 7. Students are required to solve the questions with the help of dedicated software 9. As per guidelines dated 30th April 2021, issued by University of Delhi, in the light of ongoing pandemic, students are hereby informed that they are required to take an assignment based on Practical syllabus.
Students will be given assignment through respective Google Classrooms and they will be required to upload and submit the solved assignment to the teacher through a dedicated link on Google Classroom in a stipulated time of 4 Hours ( i.e 3 Hours for attempting questions + 1 Hour for downloading and uploading).
